Elizabeth Arthur

Elizabeth is a professionally trained coach and a qualified practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming. She combines her experience and passion for enhancing what is possible through facilitating the development of others.  Her coaching style is supportive, insightful and challenging and seeks to enable individuals to create possibilities for themselves.  She provides clients with an opportunity to gain a greater understanding of who they are ‘being’ as well as what they are ‘doing’.  Elizabeth enables clients to look at the use of language that they use to communicate with themselves and others in pursuit of their personal and professional aspirations.

Elizabeth has over 20 years experience working in the City of London, within Professional Services and the Media and has spent many years working with the financial services sector.  Her background is in business to business consultancy sales, where, after graduating, she began her career with The Financial Times, becoming their youngest sales manager of an advertising business division.  She moved briefly into headhunting, specialising in Fund and Asset Management and then joined an Human Resources Management Consultancy becoming Regional Director with people, sales and financial responsibilities.

Elizabeth specializes in working with client facing professionals, relationship managers, sales professionals and newly appointed managers.
