Nancy Baker
Nancy has been an Executive coach for 14 years, working closely with executives at Vice President and management levels to assist them in achieving their goals and living happier, less stressful lives. Prior to becoming a coach, Nancy’s roles included Sales Manager, National Trainer and Regional Director. She also owned a Montessori school, which she founded in State College, PA, and which has now been running for 35 years.
Nancy earned the designation of Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF) in 2004, and continues advanced training in cutting edge methodologies. Throughout her coaching career, she has worked with and been a speaker for a variety of groups such as the International Coach Federation, Wharton Women Alumni, Chambers of Commerce, DuPont Women Lawyer’s Network, Victory School Principals, Philadelphia Area Coaches Alliance, Baltimore’s Center Club, as well as an assortment of businesses, teachers, parents, women’s groups and more.
