Reet has been successfully coaching individuals and developing teams for over 30 years.  Following a successful international corporate career,  she is now an accredited Professional Executive Coach.   Her international corporate leadership experience helps her relate to her clients and the challenging issues they face in today's environment.

Reet has been a senior leader in a global organisation with experience in Europe, Canada, U.S and the Middle East. Thirty years of business and international experience gives her the required perspective to understand the unique cultural and social challenges that arise in conducting international business, and help her relate directly to the unique challenges faced by today's leaders.  She has been on the front line facing the difficult challenges of running an organisation and motivating employees behind a vision and aggressive goals. She knows from firsthand experience what it takes to achieve individual and organisational changes.

Reet has coached senior executives, directors, senior managers and high potential individual contributors. Her coaching philosophy is based on the premise that her client is a talented and competent leader and that coaching is to help unlock their potential to maximise their performance. She works in partnership with people, focusing on self-learning to produce increased personal performance and translating this learning into results for the organisation.  The results are to not only achieve success but to foster new ways of working that deliver sustainable performance. The benefits of her coaching have helped her clients to reach their full potential.
