The engine that keeps Talking Talent successful.

Our internal teams work in roles such as Client Services, Marketing, Technology, Operations, Finance and HR to support our coaches and Client Directors to run world-class coaching programs and accelerate our impact.

INTERNATIONAL NETWORK

Be part of something big.

The key to our success, and ultimately our clients’ success, lies in the quality of our coaches. We employee coaches from all walks of life, but all of whom have commercial backgrounds. We also have an international network of associates that we call upon to help us deliver our programs at scale across the globe.

Head of Client Services

The core focus of this position is to deliver excellent client service to Talking Talent customers; ensuring this is maintained as a unique selling point for the business. Responsible for the leadership, direction and development of the Client Services teams globally, ensuring growth and achievement of targets, with a view to consistent, quality delivery. The role will support the servicing, development and retention of clients, assisting with the wider sales process to support the setup and induction of new clients.
