Chris co-founded Talking Talent with his wife, Jo. He’s a father to three girls who are 4 years apart and is an enthusiastic rugby supporter. The thing he most values about the work Talking Talent delivers is the profound impact it has on both the organisations we partner with but also the individuals who come through our leadership development and coaching programmes. Seeing the shift in culture and performance of inclusive teams, functions and organisations is fabulous.

“Talking Talent are filling a void in innovative, rigorous approaches to inclusion that drive lasting behavioural and cultural change,” explains Chris. “We have been at the centre of building market leading inclusive organisations and developing their under-represented talent for almost two decades now.”
