Based in New York, Colleen specializes in executive coaching and career transitions.  She helps leaders develop capabilities to maximize their impact and value they bring to the organization.  Colleen’s approach is customized to individual objectives and challenges.  She partners with the leader to set goals, identify measures of success and develop an action plan for getting there. Her clients build greater awareness of their strengths and weaknesses and develop new approaches to be more effective leaders.

As a Chief Operating Officer, and entrepreneur, Colleen has a deep understanding of individual and organizational dynamics.  Colleen leverages her experience in the financial services sector where she helped implement business plans and execute communication strategies.  Colleen’s experience enables her to work with professionals across industries and titles to develop quantifiable and measurable steps that ensure goals are met and expectations exceeded.
 
In 2013, Colleen started Ignite Career Advancement, an executive coaching and consulting firm based in New York.  Colleen enjoys working with clients who want to learn, gain self-awareness, and perform at their highest levels. At Ignite, she partners with her clients to enhance their leadership capabilities and teamwork effectiveness. Prior to her consulting practice, Colleen held senior positions in the financial services industry, most recently as a Director in Global Capital Markets at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
 
Colleen received her coaching certification through Columbia University.  Colleen resides in Manhattan with her husband and two children.
