Ianna is a professional executive and career coach whose clients include corporate executives and business owners in the U.S. and overseas. Her clients represent a diverse range of fields including financial services, law, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, technology, education and non-profits. By partnering with high performing and high achieving leaders to navigate complex work environments, Ianna empowers them to think differently about their situation, their peers, their teams and themselves. Her results oriented approach encourages them to challenge the status quo and the behaviors that may be working against them. In doing so, Ianna helps people and organizations make transformational change.  

Ianna Raim has 25 years of international business experience leading teams and inspiring them to overcome business challenges. Her corporate career began as Regional Director of Marketing for DIRECTV Latin America. There, she coordinated the service roll out in the markets of Venezuela, Argentina, Chile, Mexico and Brazil by working closely with executives and their teams in Sales, Operations, IT, Engineering and Marketing. In addition to her corporate experience, Ianna has also devoted much of her career to entrepreneurial endeavors. She successfully started three companies: Mamex Inc., South Florida’s first mobile mammography clinic established to screen women for breast cancer at their place of work; Manufacturer’s Export and Equity Group Inc. created to help mid-sized businesses finance exports overseas; and TeleAmericas LLC, a satellite distance learning network for Fortune 500 companies including GE, Oracle, Bank of America, and Herbalife.
