Marina is an experienced Executive Coach who works with business professionals to accelerate their personal growth and performance. She has coached directors and senior managers working in Italy and Europe, focusing on career change and transition.

Her coaching style is warm and motivating, focused on client resources and objectives. Mother of two teen-age daughters, she directly experienced first-hand the complexity of maternity transition in the Italian labour culture. Based upon what she has seen both on a professional and personal level, she believes the dialogue between new parents and organizations has just begun and needs to expand for employers to retain their talented people. There are no one-size-fits-all solutions and yet mothers and fathers stand to gain a great deal when they come into contact with experienced role models who can help them find their own way to balance home and work.

Based in Milan, Marina spent twenty years working with Italian and European  multinational groups (Pirelli Tyres, Fiat Group, Philips Italy) as HR Manager and the Head of Training and Development, focusing on competencies assessment and development, talent management and retention activities on a local and European level.

Marina has a successful track record with over 10 years experience in counseling both men and women executives on personal development, career transitions and work/life balance. She is part of the TA community and active member of Assocounseling, the Italian Association for the development of the counseling activities in Italy. Since 2001 she has worked for DBM Italy, a leading company in transition services.

Besides coaching, Marina has a passion for self-development and social issues, she’s an active member of several non-profit associations and groups and leads  the development of socially-oriented projects focused on the themes of women’s empowerment and also intercultural dialogue with immigrant women.
