Based in the Frankfurt/M. area, Germany, Marion is a highly experienced business coach, potential developer and senior change manager. She advises individuals and organisations on how to successfully manage transition phases such as maternity / paternity (including leave of absence and re-integration), professional reorientation, first steps in new roles or other complex work-life situations. Having lead people, projects and change situations in several renowned, globally operating consultancy firms, Marion has extensive experience in working with her clients to quickly uncover and eliminate blocks on their route to success. With over 20 years as a strategy, marketing and change consultant servicing clients from almost any industry, she has a deep understanding of today’s challenges to businesses and professionals. 

Marion has gained strong practical expertise in qualitative and quantitative interviewing and research methods during her executive position in a leading European market research company. Combining her interdisciplinary working and educational experiences, it is Marion’s core competence to make her clients reveal and analyze fast and efficiently the actual root causes for unsatisfying as-is states and to work with them on the successful development towards closing the gap. She delivers key note speeches and is the author of, Smarter Work – Arbeiten im neuen Jahrzehnt“ (Smarter Work – Working in the new decade). Marion is fluent in German, English and French.
