Merideth is creative and develops innovative solutions to leadership team and business challenges. She has developed large scale retention initiatives for women executives where she was not only the creative force but the project manager, coach and facilitator. Her interest in psychology is what led her to executive coaching and her goal is to guide individuals in finding the intersection of their talents and passions to enable them to do their best work every day.
Merideth started her career as a leadership & professional development consultant in investment banking and capital markets with a global Wall Street bank. Over the course of fifteen years she honed her skills as a coach, mentor and expert facilitator both in New York and San Francisco.
