Nicola has been a professional Executive Coach since 2005, helping clients from some of the worlds biggest and best progressive organisations to transform. She is one of the leading experts in coaching women globally. Her 2500-plus coaching hours have been with both individuals and groups at multiple career stages and organisational grade. She now enjoys working in the main with senior leaders one to one, and is herself a member of the Talking Talent leadership team.

Nicola previously enjoyed a 13-year successful senior sales and marketing career in both media owners and agency-side, most latterly as Client Development Associate Director and Internal Coach for the television advertising sales division of Virgin Media. This experience and insight gave her an inherent passion for gender diversity and for making a difference.

Nicola combines her coaching expertise and commercial corporate background to help executives accelerate professional and personal success and to unlock their brilliance. She also coaches their leaders and inputs to the drive for cultural change within that organisational system. She welcomes making an impact on the way the world does business. The coaching Nicola provides is investigative, inspirational and action-oriented. Coachees say that whilst she holds their ambition, she is friendly, fun, sagacious and supportive.

Nicola is a member of the International Coach Federation and is working with a MCC mentor coach towards her own MCC qualification. She also undertakes regular 1:2:1 and group supervision.

Nicola works in an agile way, and outside of work she enjoys living near the seaside in Brighton, England, with her family.
