Tracy has established herself as a sought-after Corporate Executive and Board Level Coach, a lead trainer and facilitator who has worked with a wide range of organisations, within the UK and internationally

Drawing on her broad experience in the field across the last two decades, Tracy works with business leaders, executives and managers to support and enhance their professional and personal development. 

Tracy is also an expert and specialist in the field of Non-Verbal Intelligence, having studied, been personally mentored and worked extensively with Michael Grinder, world-leading expert in this field. Working with people both psychologically and behaviourally, she consistently enables her client’s to tap into their full performance potential.

Tracy is bilingual in Spanish and, after graduating, she was a Spanish teacher and translator in Spain for six years. On her return to England, she moved into the corporate sector and developed a highly successful career in International Project Management and Quality Consultancy. Her key roles included Senior Project Manager, EMEA Operations for Bank of America, Strategic Project Director and Senior International Operations Manager for Lloyds Register Quality Assurance and, Quality Consultant for American Express, EMEA.

In 1997, Tracy established her own professional development business to enable clients to maximize their full abilities and personal strengths.
