She has a knack of helping people find clarity and to build on their own strengths, confidence and energisers to find their own way forward. She joined Talking Talent in 2014 after 10 years in coaching and psychology consultancies. Her early career was in media and she ran a commercial team at BBC Worldwide.

Lucy leads the continuous professional development programme for Talking Talent’s coaching team. She is married with children and lives in London. In her spare time, she is a volunteer Childline counsellor.
