Expertise & Qualifications

Areas of Expertise

Enabling Managers at times of transition
Grooming Managers for next level jobs
Turning Managers into Leaders
Fast-tracking Managers into a new role
Getting new teams up & running fast
Getting existing teams aligned & executing well

Originally trained as a Coach at Ashridge Business School in UK, Tricia Evans was the first Business Coach in Dubai, & has coached 5,500+ Managers in the Middle East since 1993.  So she’s been one of the top Coaches in the region throughout Dubai’s phenomenal rise over the last 20 years. She works with companies to help them ‘fast track’ their leaders, & be successful ‘on purpose’.

Several clients describe her as a CORPORATE THERAPIST, in that she helps senior Managers remove blocks & move forwards, & in doing helps unblock the entire organisation. She’s always been fascinated with both people & business systems, so it’s a very powerful ‘psychology in action’ combination.

Tricia sees coaching as particularly effective at key transition stages – like being groomed for the next level role, taking a business or team to the next level, changing careers, being promoted, shifting countries or as a sounding board for senior Managers who can find their role surprisingly lonely.

Style-wise, she is focused & practical, & is good at creating a ‘safe space’ so people can open up quickly, & then focus on the few things that will make most difference in their roles.

Most of her work has been ‘hands-on’ & practical, but she is also qualified to use various personality profiles.

An intensive graduate training programme with Unilever was a great base to build on, & subsequent work in the industry/education link field & her time at Ashridge Business School instilled a real understanding of how powerful coaching is, & how much of a difference it can make to people’s lives.
