Market leading IP
The Client Services team is dedicated to providing optimal management for all Talking Talent’s coaching programs. They are essentially an extension of your HR department and are the engine room behind all Talking Talents coaching programs.
Having your own dedicated Client Services Executive is not something all coaching consultancies have. We believe it is key in accelerating progress, take-up and ultimately the success of the program. In fact our research tells us that take-up rates tend to be higher when programs are fully managed by us: one-to-one coaching 90%, group coaching 80%.
Our level of program management is entirely flexible and driven by the needs of the organization. The Client Services team is responsible for all logistics and communications, scheduling, bookings, reporting, feedback, contracting and more.
The team processes upwards of 250 coaching referrals, 200 one-to-one and 50 group coaching sessions, and in excess of 20 webinars per month. They are vastly experienced, operating across industries on a local and global level – and set us apart from many coaching providers.
