Paula has been an entrepreneur for the past 20 years, starting companies in 10 different countries operating in a wide range of cultures and languages. She speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese and French and is the founder of ESA Latin America, a multinational company which she has led and managed for over 15 years. For the past 6 years, Paula has been a Certified Professional & Leadership Strategist, Executive Coach, Mentor, Facilitator, International Speaker and Radio host.
Paula has been working with International Entrepreneurs, Business Leaders, and multinationals around the globe. Paula’s international upbringing, entrepreneurial skills, and motherhood (mom of three) introduced her into the world of coaching. She quickly developed a passion for empowering others to find their right work-life formula and to become successful both personally and professionally. Her extensive international business experience has given her the expertise to help other women develop their leadership skills, build on their talents, embrace their uniqueness, adopt the right mindset, create solid relationships, and develop emotional intelligence.
