Within this role, Michelle will drive the organization's business development and sales targeting strategies in North America. With over 20 years of experience in sales and leadership roles combined, Michelle joins Talking Talent with extensive knowledge of the industry.
Prior to joining Talking Talent, Michelle spent 10 years in a key leadership position at Bright Horizons, where she achieved significant success in creating new business and growing established accounts. Most importantly, Michelle has a proven record of facilitating long-term business relationships with her customers. Her passionate commitment to building trust and understanding of customer needs has earned her respect from her peers and within the field of Human Resources.
Michelle has a strong reputation for her consultative selling approach and ability to connect easily and develop relationships with customers no matter where they are geographically located.
