Karen became a professional coach in 2011, working with professionals at all stages of their careers. She helps individuals envision what they want, play to their strengths, ensure success during high profile assignments, and maximize their potential.

The first half of her career included roles at DIRECTV and Showtime Networks where Karen gained insight into management demands at multiple stages of the corporate hierarchy. Karen has also been an entrepreneur, with a baby line featured in Nordstrom and other retail outlets.

Karen is dedicated to building a strong pipeline of female leaders and has a proven track record of helping individuals achieve their vision. Her clients learn how to integrate their work lives and personal lives, set and accomplish their goals, increase their confidence, and become more effective with new skills in relationship building, change management, and problem-solving. She teaches women how to succeed with authenticity, so they can lead and live on their own terms.
