Lilian works internationally as an Executive Coach, Facilitator, and Clinical Psychologist. Her passion is coaching professionals through messy, challenging, and complex issues. With empathy, she creates a trusted, safe place for people to explore and change what no longer works and strengthen what does. Using an appreciative and facilitative approach, Lillian encourages and challenges mindsets and behaviour to accomplish learning and growth. ​

With over 25 years international experience, she has spent the past 15 years in Asia, where she has contributed to a number of books on coaching and change as well as spoken at learning events. Lillian has worked in multiple industries and sectors not only in roles in corporates but also in her many years as a consultant. ​

Lillian leverages her expertise to facilitate culture change in M&As, rightsizing, workplace transitions, and leadership learning and development, particularly with women and ethnically diverse populations. She regards it a privilege to enable leaders to deliver effective and authentic personal and workplace performance.​
