Lucinda is a warm and energetic professional who draws on 15 years of commercial and sales experience in the publishing world. Her coaching focus is on effecting positive change and using a variety of tools to help individuals and teams understand what might be holding them back, she can then focus on building a clear strategy for positive growth.

In her previous career, Lucinda thrived on helping her clients to find the right advertising solutions for their business while helping her team grow and develop into the roles they aspired to.  She used her training to start her own coaching business where she gained experience coaching at 121 Executive level as well as designing and running group coaching workshops for teams.

Lucinda’s experience also stretched to working in the third sector including running coaching workshops for young people as part of the National Citizenship Service and as a coaching associate in the On Purpose Team supporting executives to move from a corporate job into a role within charitable or not for profit organisations.

With her varied career experience and as a mother of two small children, Lucinda’s particular passions lie in supporting parents to thrive in the workplace and more women to rise into senior leadership roles.
