Mary holds a Diploma in Coaching and Consulting for Change from INSEAD where she focused her thesis on understanding and managing life transitions. As a member of the International Coaching Federation and the International Society for the Psychological Study of Organizations, Mary is committed to learning and maintaining the highest level of professionalism in her coaching work. She has worked with both executive women and men in major investment banks in Paris as well as a coach in the MBA programs at HEC-Paris and ESCP-Europe. She has facilitated executive coaching programs for senior level executives with the INSEAD Global Leadership Centre and is certified to administer their Global Executive Leadership Inventory and Personality Inventory. Mary has written and taught seminars and coaching workshops that explore the dynamics between career and personal development.
After graduating from the University of San Diego in California with a BBA in Accounting, Mary began her professional career with KPMG (formerly Peat Marwick) in Audit for the Los Angeles office where she first became aware of the balancing act necessary to maintain a career and raise a family. Taking her experience gained from managing major banking, entertainment and automotive clients of the firm with her, she embarked on 20 years of performing the high-wire act of raising four daughters while being an owner of both a financial services firm and a creative lifestyle design business.
Mary has a successful track record of inspiring her clients to recognize their unique gifts and then package those gifts such that one’s highest potential is realized. She has coached senior executives across sectors to develop the emotional intelligence necessary to lead others and build sustainable and dynamic organizations. With a charismatic and engaging style, she encourages her clients to achieve clarity and develop the personal vision necessary to journey through the many transitions of life with success.
Mary is a certified administrator of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). She also has a professional culinary diploma from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and developed unique discovery seminars around the culinary arts.
