Carina focuses on bringing science and evidence-based approaches to her work in a simple-to-apply way that feels good, pragmatic and delivers results. She believes we all have untapped inherent potential waiting to be unleashed. Carina enjoys connecting with industry experts and knowledge institutes around the world. This allows her to stay on top of what’s enabling inclusive cultures that attract, retain, and advance diverse talent.
Carina served as Co-President of PWN Global from 2019-2021, a global not-for-profit network of people accelerating gender-balanced leadership in business and society. Her work with PWN has been instrumental in shaping her thinking around the systemic barriers that stop the progression of talent and balanced leadership.
With over 15 years of coaching experience, Carina joined Talking Talent in 2013 and works with organizations in Ireland, the UK, EMEA and the USA. Having worked with people at all levels, including Boards, Partners, EXCO and Senior Management, she works comfortably across cultures, genders, and generations. Her expertise lies in her passion for her work, working at a behavioural level with clients and delivering results.
