Dr. Anna Tavis, Clinical Professor and Chair of the Human Capital Management Department at NYU School of Professional Studies, offered a forward-looking take on how leadership and human capital strategies are evolving alongside technology. She also spotlighted the upcoming NYU Coaching and Technology Summit (July 7–8), where Talking Talent will be present to further explore how coaching and AI can work together to support, not replace, human development.

Raul Sanchez, Professor of Global Communication and Cross-Cultural Competence at NYU, and Dan Bullock, Language and Communications Specialist at the United Nations and Professor at NYU, offered practical tools for leading across borders and bridging cultural perspectives through inclusive influence and intentional communication.

Liliana Uruburo, People and Culture Strategist and Co-Lead of the New Work movement at the United Nations, shared how this grassroots initiative is shifting the way thousands of UN employees connect, collaborate, and lead.
