As a coach, Fiona connects with professionals on a human, and emotional level, helping them better understand the beliefs that shape their behaviour. Using a person-centred approach, she utilises emotional intelligence, cognitive neuroscience research, as well as positive psychology. Fiona uses ‘systems thinking’ to connect her coaching work with tangible behaviour and sustainable business change. ​

Fiona is an accredited Emotional Intelligence coach. She uses tools and approaches such as Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Climate, Transactional Analysis, Strengths Based, Neuroscience, and Team Coaching. Fiona is also a passionate and active supporter of businesswomen and in developing female talent within organisations. She is President of PWN Dublin (Professional Women’s Network) – a global organisation supporting gender-balanced leadership. And she is vice chair of the LGFA (Ladies Gaelic Football Association) club in her local area. ​
