The best businesses have strong, memorable brands and for the past year Talking Talent has been working on revitalising ours.
Our vision when we started Talking Talent in 2005 was to make a difference to how women experience corporate life, by inspiring life and culture change that drives business performance. Since those early days our business has grown. Today we work globally in over twenty sectors, including many of the FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies. We want to use our global reach to amplify the conversation about the importance of gender diversity in business.
We felt it was time we had a brand that reflects the cutting-edge, high-end calibre of our coaching, the achievements we have had and are yet to realise, and our vision to change the way the world does business.
Talking Talent’s new brand identity was developed following an extensive and collaborative research process, which considered the views of clients and our team of expert coaches around the world. We’ve had great feedback and we are all looking forward to embracing the new brand.
This whole process has gone way beyond a new visual identity. It’s been just as much about reconfirming what Talking Talent is and what it stands for and how we are positioned for the future. The process has given us a much greater understanding of our core strengths and reinforced the importance of the personal and systemic approach that differentiates us from our competitors.
Talking Talent remains unique among coaching consultancies, in the manner that we work with our clients to unlock the potential within their business and make company-wide behaviour shifts that accelerate business performance. Talking Talent has the best and brightest coaches in the world, talented occupational psychologists, NLP coaches all with commercial backgrounds who are passionate, personable and down to earth.
Talking Talent’s values of inquisitive, inclusive and intrepid are of the utmost importance to us. Every day we are interacting with individuals, it’s the nature of our business. Our values connect and resonate deeply with the new, vibrant, identity.
Our new brand represents our proposition ‘Brilliance in diversity’, created to better reflect the nature of what we do, which is delivered by some of best coaches in the business. It also symbolises our strengths around the strong connections which have been formed through the continued trust we develop with our clients.
Our new brand identity underscores our commitment to our evolving client needs. And the styling of our brand gives us a sense of sense of energy, resourcefulness, and optimism. Our use of imagery has evolved, becoming more inspirational, energetic and lifestyle focused. The look is aspirational, simple, relevant and true – representative of what we all strive to achieve every day – and showcases the next generation of Talking Talent.
I’d like to thank all our clients for your continued business and support. We’ve come a long way together and we look forward to continuing our journey with you, a journey to challenge the status quo, to change mind-sets, to challenge stereotypes, to support inspirational leaders, to build inclusive cultures and help you to achieve brilliance in all that you do.
