A coaching day for women looking to achieve more in 2017.
You’ve got your eye on a promotion. Maybe it’s the next job in your career path, or maybe it’s about proactively managing your career and home life? How do you get there?
Talking Talent is hosting a full day coaching-led event to explore your 2017 game plan and how it connects with what you want to achieve in the future both in and out of work. It’s a day for reflection and clarity in order to develop a sustainable plan of what you want to achieve by working.
Based on the innovative Talking Talent model “A Game of Life Choices”, this will be a creative, fun and interactive day split into 3 themed sessions for you to:
- Explore who you are and what is important to you – your values, your strengths, your motivations – in and out of work. You’ll pay particular attention to the dimensions and contradictions that might be challenging you in making the right choices, how you are currently working and how this fits with your ideal.
- Look to the future by mapping out what your career and life look like in 5-10 years’ time. You’ll explore how this might be different to now, how it pans out over time – specifically 2017 – and details a sustainable plan for the legacy you wish to leave behind.
- Outline what foundations need to be put in place to kick-start and sustain your plan. What key conversations need to take place? What needs further clarity? How will you manage yourself to ensure your plan succeeds?
The programme will be led by Talking Talent’s Jo Lyon, Co-founder and MD, and Nicola Jones, Managing Director – who have 30+ years combined skills and experience in the coaching profession, working with FTSE 500 companies across the globe.
You will develop sustainable habits that will help you plan for your longer term career development.
You’ll also come away with a deeper understanding and clarity of your own situation and what’s important to you.
Practical advice will be on hand, but what’s more important is the confidence you’ll gain around positively and pro-actively managing your career and home life to help you move forward and get more of what you want. The shared experiences of a great network of professional women will form a key part of the day.
