Helen is an experienced and highly qualified coach with over 25 years’ experience leading large teams in a competitive environment. She coaches professionals to link their behaviour to their team’s success and the results they desire, which are all informed by their personal beliefs and habits. By quickly building rapport with her clients, she can support, challenge, encourage, and stretch them as they navigate change and succeed.
Having previously worked as a successful UK Sales Director, followed by the role of Head of People, Helen knows what makes a great leader and how they influence others, including their customers.
