When I began my second act career, I made a personal commitment to doing work that was in service to others and meaningful to me. My mission as a coach and as a person, is to model compassion, lifelong learning, connection and joy. After 15 years of coaching, there is no distinction between my life as a coach and my life.
I strive to approach all things from a place of integrity, empathy and acceptance – of others and of myself. I bring the experience, perspective and humility of owning and selling a 25-year-old business, 48 years of marriage, and 46 years of parenting. We are never finished, and we always matter. Evidenced by the consistent top ratings of Highly Effective, my clients benefit from action-oriented solutions within the particularly stressful work cultures of Law and Financial Services.
