With more than 25 years as a Coaching Psychologist, Karen draws on a strong foundation of behavioral sciences and business experience to create partnerships with clients. She is known for her ability to blend empathy, insight and directness in her work that many people have described as “game changing.”  Karen’s pragmatic, strengths-based and action-focused approach has served as a catalyst for breakthrough solutions and growth for individuals and organizations.
