Keli’s career spans 25 years as an international executive. A graduate of the Wharton School, her varied experience includes being a Chief Commercial Officer, Global Head of Learning & Development, and US General Manager. Based in Chicago, Keli has led teams in 15 countries across six continents and has lived in London and Washington, DC.
Keli is a respected builder and scaler of high performing teams who understand the demands of leadership, the difficulty of achieving high growth targets, and has consistently put executive development at the center of her strategies. Having mentored and developed several executives who have since advanced into the c-suite, Keli is able to connect theoretical ideas with practical application that is tailored to each organization’s unique environment. She is known for her empathetic style which includes a deep listening ability, thought provoking questions and her ability to co-create a realistic plan that break down an overwhelming goal into achievable steps.
