A 20-year track record of enabling transformative growth for senior and aspiring female leaders — inspiring with energy, intellect, practical action and warmth.

With a master level of both group facilitation and 1-1 coaching experience, Rebecca (Beks) is a sought-after expert on female leadership and career development, and supporting parental transitions. She has made a difference to thousands of people from numerous world-leading organisations over two decades. An earlier demanding corporate career in Marketing at L’Oréal gives her in-depth understanding of the high-pressure work environments typically faced by her clients – and a passion for keeping it real. Beks excels at creating a safe space, fast, coupled with empathetic challenge to drive change. Having held leadership roles at Talking Talent for a decade, ranging from Head of Working Parents and Head of Women’s Leadership Programmes to Global Head of Coaching, in late 2024 she decided to heed the inner voice craving more space and a refocus on her own practice of coaching, shifting into a senior Affiliate Coach role.

Her thought leadership has frequently featured across media including Forbes, Huffington Post and The Guardian, and she has addressed audiences from London Business School to UN Women in Geneva. She lives with her husband and three sons, plus (in a forlorn attempt at gender balance!) female dog and chickens, in Bath, UK, having grown up in Kenya and lived in France and Italy.
