Tamsin previously worked in the high-pressure, fast-paced, professional environment of the BBC. As a journalist on Newsnight and the Six O’clock News, she produced world-class television programmes. In 2006, she left to establish herself as a professional coach and gained a masters in coaching.​

Tamsin has spoken at conferences and written articles on coaching. She is committed to her own continual professional development and has regular supervision. She has studied and worked in Russia, Poland and the USA. She enjoys outdoor swimming and has sailed across the Atlantic
