Talking Talent appoints Jason Allen as new Chair of the Board

An accomplished Chair, Chief Executive Officer and Non-Executive, Jason brings several decades of global experience across tech-enabled people services, digital transformation, workforce solutions, and the sport and entertainment sectors. His appointment marks a significant step for Talking Talent as it continues to scale its impact and evolve its strategic ambitions on the global stage. 

Jason has a strong track record of steering private equity-backed and high-growth companies, with deep expertise in corporate expansion, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, and market development. He has also led major digital transformation initiatives that have driven greater efficiency, enhanced employee engagement, and accelerated revenue growth.
