The Talking Talent Story
2005
And we're live! Our founders, Chris and Jo, launch Talking Talent in the UK to help retain and advance women in the workplace.
2008
Success pays off. Clients ask us to run UK-based programs in Europe and the US, so we start to expand.
2009
The picture gets bigger. We start providing executive coaching and broader work to create more connected and engaged workplaces.
2010
Senior talent, we're here for you. We introduce and deliver our first women's leadership programs.
2012
Sharing the good stuff. We publish two books: Top Tips for Working Parents and Top Tips for Managers of Working Parents.
2015
Going global. We open an office in Hong Kong as part of our vision to support multinational clients.
2016
Seriously systemic. We launch a new program to build more inclusive, equitable cultures, and teach inclusive leadership skills in client organizations.
2017
Coaching at your fingertips. We launch our online coaching platform, Talking Talent Online.
2018
The family gets bigger. We acquire Life Meets Work, and Teresa Hopke becomes CEO of Talking Talent Americas.
2020
Ethical design triumphs. We win the prestigious Gold award for the Most Innovative Learning Platform from the Learning Technologies annual awards.
2021
Turbocharging change. We partner with impact investors, Bridges Fund Management, to offer more services, accelerate change, and measure impact.
