Project Overview
As part of an ongoing commitment to support their working parents and caregivers, the firm partnered with Talking Talent to provide customized coaching and resources that would enable employees with families to be successful at work and at home.
They wanted to help working parents/caregivers with:
- Learning resilience strategies for managing stress, overcoming overwhelm, and getting ahead of burnout
- Staying on target with personal and professional progression goals, even during times of transition
- Thriving with work-life integration skills and in prioritizing well-being
