Dina Talotta is an executive coach and former HR leader who has lived and worked across the U.S. and Europe. She started her career at TimeWarner and PwC before shifting her focus to coaching leaders through pivotal career transitions.

She’s also a mom to a spirited 8-year-old, and when not coaching, can be found juggling school runs, getting lost in fiction, and planning her next family adventure with her husband, Luca.

Dina most values helping leaders cut through the noise—reconnecting with their voice, values, and vision so they can lead with clarity and confidence. Whether navigating a new leadership role, working through imposter feelings, or shifting direction after a major life change, Dina brings a blend of structure, insight, and cultural awareness to every coaching conversation.

“I coach with care and clarity,” she says. “It’s about creating space for people to think deeply, act intentionally, and show up as themselves—especially in environments that haven’t always made that easy.
