Her coaching sessions provide a safe, confidential and reflective space to help clients increase self-awareness and understanding of organisational context. Andrea’s style is warm and engaging, yet challenging, with a focus on generating practical outcomes.

Andrea started her working life as a solicitor at top City law firm Clifford Chance, going on to become a partner in a leading legal recruitment consultancy. Andrea believes the skills and commercial knowledge gained from her previous careers provide invaluable insight for her coaching.

Andrea lives in London with her husband and three teenage children. In addition to her work at Talking Talent she is a Magistrate in NW London, and mentors young people through the Westminster Befriend A Family charity.
