Jess Heading is a leadership and life coach and former lawyer. She guides high achievers to let go of self-criticism, perfectionism and people-pleasing and unleash their most vibrant, powerful selves. Having walked this path personally herself, she is incredibly passionate about supporting women to reconnect with and lead from their intuition, desires and values rather than their conditioning.

She has led women’s leadership and wellbeing programs for organisations including Macquarie, PwC, Siemens, Ashurst and GSK. Clients appreciate Jess’ warmth, humour and energy, and her practical approach. Her superpower is helping women to bring love and understanding to all parts of themselves, and in doing so alchemise their deepest challenges and wounding into their greatest gifts. Her work has been featured in the media including the BBC and Women’s Agenda.

Motherhood is her most fulfilling role and greatest teacher, and she is a proud mama to Orla and devoted partner to Stu.
