Talking Talent is hosting the roundtable on November 24th with Davy: Moving from strategy to reality: creating a genuinely inclusive culture.
We know why it’s important to have an inclusive culture and the benefits that inclusion can bring. Making it become a reality in any particular organisation, that’s the harder part. Many organisations invest considerable time and resources in diversity and inclusion activities. Frustratingly, they don’t always deliver as much progress as hoped. Leaders need inclusion to be something really tangible.
This roundtable will be an opportunity for participants to gauge where they are on the road towards creating a genuinely inclusive culture. Talking Talent will share their thinking about the indicators which tell organisations which stage they have reached along that path.
It will explore some of the crucial actions for leaders who want to move from strategy to reality. Discussion topics cover:

The roundtable takes place on November 24th and will start at 8.45am with refreshments and networking, followed by a one and a half hour discussion. The event will take place at Davy: Davy House, 49 Dawson Street, Dublin 2, Ireland.
