Bjorna is passionate about accompanying leaders who wish to develop stronger leadership skills and explore new perspectives on work-related challenges. Her superpower is empathy, and she provides a safe space where coachees can be who they truly are,or become who they want to be. Bjorna empowers her coachees to grow into authentic leaders who achieve personal development and transformational change which impacts their leadership behaviours and relations. She has a warm and understanding style and focuses on what matters.
After her first job in psycho-pharmacological research, she accumulated over 20 years of international experience in a variety of HR roles and in biopharmaceutical companies. This experience has given her an excellent understanding of the complexity of a fast-paced international business environment and allows her to put her clients’ situations in perspective. Having lived and worked abroad she has a thorough understanding of inter-cultural challenges and communication.
Originally from The Netherlands and having lived in the US and several European countries while raising her two daughters, Bjorna coaches in English, French or Dutch.
