With more than 20 years of leadership and talent development experiences, some of his senior-level leadership roles included being the Head of Learning Solutions (APAC South) in Harvard Business Publishing (Corporate Learning), and the Head of Talent Development in 3M Singapore.

Alex is a Professional Certified Coach accredited with ICF (International Coach Federation) and a Certified OKR Practitioner. He partners exceptionally well with emerging and developing leaders who prefer autonomous coaching relationships.

Alex’s workshop facilitation experience spans across different topics such as career development, leadership development, team management and change management. He ensures that in all the workshops he delivers, the learners are engaged with experiential activities and thoughtful application.
