Chelsea has been leading teams in a variety of situations for over twenty years, from coaching college sports teams and leading teams as a CPA at PwC Fortune 500 companies. The knowledge she gained through these experiences is now being applied to her coaching and facilitation.

Working with leaders to hone their leadership mindset and elevate their performance is Chelsea’s superpower. Her passion lies in helping people become the best versions of themselves and she enjoys nothing more than seeing the confidence boost that comes when they realize what they are truly capable of.
