Esmeralda has more than 10 years of cross-cultural experience working with corporates, non-profits, and public institutions as an HR specialist, trainer, facilitator, and career and recruitment consultant. She specialises in working with organisations and individuals living and working internationally. In addition to facilitating blended leadership trainings/programmess online and in person, Esmeralda is multilingual, having the ability to deliver sessions in both English and Spanish.
