A leadership and organizational development expert with over 30 years’ experience, Genevieve works with executives and teams to enhance leadership and strategic influence capabilities. She specializes in leadership strategy, organizational and political savvy, personal brand management, networking, and strategic influencing.
As a sought-after success coach, Genevieve has designed and delivered programs, conducted initiatives, and trained individuals throughout the United States, Canada, Western and Eastern Europe, and Asia. Over the course of her career, she has guided over 3000 leaders through delivering over 500 programs and coaching over 300 senior executives.
Through 18 years of experience leading several global organizations as they experienced massive strategic change, Genevieve gained a deep understanding of organizational leadership. Using this knowledge, she partners with individuals and teams to address dynamic leadership and influence challenges.
Genevieve is passionate about supporting women leaders. During her time at Citigroup, she partnered with several businesses to launch women’s leadership programs. She celebrates over 15 years as part of the Talking Talent team supporting women and working parents in maximizing their leadership potential.
