Jedda helps purpose-driven leaders rewrite the stories that hold them back so they can elevate their potential and thrive. She enables individual and organisational growth, creating transformational spaces to develop inclusive leaders and teams.
Jedda is driven to level the playing field by turning the rhetoric of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion into meaningful action. Her coaching partnerships interrupt bias and break down systemic barriers to accelerate diverse talent at all levels.
She brings an integrated human-centred approach to her work, connecting clients to their most authentic and best selves. Her methods embed the latest neuroscience to help leaders achieve mindset and behaviour change through conscious choice and awareness.
Jedda discovered coaching whilst on maternity leave; having experienced its full transformational power, she decided to start coach training in 2014 — becoming a full-time coach in 2017. Clients include Deloitte, Marsh & McLennon, GSK, Tate, Channel 4, Young Women’s Trust, Apples & Snakes, Trinity Laban, NatWest, ITV, Women in TV & Film, Disney, Lloyds Bank, JLL, BBC and eatbigfish.
Jedda is a proud founding member of the Women’s Equality Party and loves spending time dancing to live music with her family and friends by the sea!
