With over 17 years of experience in coaching and leadership development, Laura has worked with incredible individuals across professional services, law, investment, media, pharma, social housing, government, and retail. Most recently, she supported over 60 Directors as they stepped into Partnership roles within Big Four firms—something she’s incredibly proud of.

Laura shows up with empathy, calm confidence, and curiosity. This helps her clients feel safe to open up, think differently, and challenge themselves. She uses a mix of proven tools, leadership models, and a lot of listening to shape each experience around the person in front of her.
