Lisa is a transformational Women’s Leadership Coach. She is passionate about helping to create an inclusive world where people are free to be themselves, share their brilliance, and make a remarkable difference with their lives, careers, and leadership.
Lisa’s clients choose her because she is able to help them discover their purpose, unlock their potential, grow their confidence, and expand their ambition. As well as Lisa’s extensive industry experience, her clients appreciate her commitment to ensuring that coaching always produces tangible results. Lisa is known to be insightful, energising and a champion for everyone she supports.
For over 15 years, Lisa has worked in the corporate world, including 12 years as a senior HR and commercial leader at MARS where she led significant transformation strategies including global, cross-functional, and cross-company initiatives. She has 1500+ coaching hours and is EMCC qualified. Lisa is also an active DEI (Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion) advocate, and is a Committee member of L.E.A.D. (Leading Executives Advancing Diversity).
Lisa is mum to two daughters and wants them to grow up to be their true brilliant selves and create a life and career they love.
