Lisa is a transformational Women’s Leadership Coach. She is passionate about helping to create an inclusive world where people are free to be themselves, share their brilliance, and make a remarkable difference with their lives, careers, and leadership. ​​

As well as Lisa’s extensive industry experience, her clients appreciate her commitment to ensuring that coaching always produces tangible results. Lisa is known to be insightful, energising and a champion for everyone she supports.  

For over 15 years, Lisa has worked in the corporate world, including 12 years as a senior HR and commercial leader at MARS where she led significant transformation strategies including global, cross-functional, and cross-company initiatives. She has 1500+ coaching hours and is EMCC qualified. Lisa is also an active DEI (Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion) advocate, and is a Committee member of L.E.A.D. (Leading Executives Advancing Diversity). 

Lisa is mum to two daughters and wants them to grow up to be their true brilliant selves and create a life and career they love.
