Margaret is an advocate of continuous learning and fostering a culture of learning. Her experience includes working with individuals and groups from different backgrounds and supporting them as they grow, learn and move forward through changing and challenging experiences, coaching and facilitation skills, and a deep understanding of transitions that enable sustainable business outcomes. ​

Her favourite part of coaching is seeing people succeed in the face of tough challenges, learning how to take control and, more importantly, learning about themselves. Margaret’s approach is practical and down to earth. She likes to begin with, “What’s your problem? Take a breather. Let’s talk.”​

Margaret has extensive managerial and consulting experience in international corporations in varied and multicultural environments – pharmaceutical, fast-moving consumer goods and engineering. In addition to her expertise in project management, stakeholder management, and communication, she has extensive experience leading and implementing global projects and programmes and change management. She has been coaching at all levels for nearly 15 years and is a bit of a hybrid – loving to work with both people and processes.​
