As one of Talking Talent’s coaches, Shamela has worked with clients from many diverse backgrounds, helping them excel in their careers. She has coached clients for around 10 years, providing the space and stillness for them to explore their blockers and a mirror to their own values and strengths and sources of power.
With some 20 years in a demanding career as a management consultant for PwC, PA Consulting & BT Syntegra she understands the demands of high-pressure work environments.
Shamela designs and delivers TT leadership development programmes, working with individuals, teams and at board level. She is a trained M-Braining coach and is able to bring new neuroscience insights into the programmes she designs.
She often facilitates sessions with more than 100 participants from all walks of life. She is also an experienced speaker and recently delivered a TEDx style talk at the PwC Alumni event that was live-streamed globally.
