Talking Talent, the global coaching consultancy leading the gender diversity agenda, has appointed Jeannine K Brown as Director and Lead Coach to lead the US Inclusion practice.
Jeannine is responsible for growing Talking Talent’s ‘Inclusion with Purpose’ service line across the US. ‘Inclusion with Purpose’ is a unique, commercially focused approach to organizational diversity and inclusion that links to clients’ business purposes and is focused on delivering irreversible change.
In her role, she will support US clients by using her experience, insight, and passion for the advancement of high potential talent to make a meaningful impact. As a corporate culture change agent with deep expertise in diversity and inclusion, Jeannine helps leaders and professionals leverage their signature differences for value and growth.
Jeannine is a leadership speaker and author, has been featured on Leadercast, appeared on Showtime’s documentary series “The Circus”, and was the featured “Female Success Factor” in Rolling Out Magazine, and on the cover of Business Men and Women of Color Magazine. She has served in several leadership roles in the National Association of Black Accountants, Inc. including the National Board of Directors. Jeannine is also deeply rooted in the Atlanta business and civic community and was recently appointed to the City of South Fulton Planning Commission. Jeannine’s career spans across government, Big 4 Public Accounting, and consulting.
